5-6 hours Our almost six hours of 1-on-1 delivery preparation will educate you while we get
to know each other. Each lesson covers how to have the delivery you want at a hospital.
These sessions prepare you for birth. Infant CPR is all you will need before birth.

All labor support options, both virtual and in-person, include the expense of birthing courses, regardless of participation.
Unlimited Virtual Visits
Call at anytime if you feel scared, stuck, or just need some help understanding what’s happening. No need to track the hours –
a doula will be there for you as long as you need.
This option also includes a personalized birth plan, helpful suggestions & positions, guaranteed backup doulas, and more.
12 home visits and in person labor Support
In-person labor assistance is presently contingent upon your hospital’s Covid-19 policy. If two doulas are permitted to attend your birth, a shadow doula will be provided at no additional charge. If only one doula is permitted to be present at your birth, a shadow doula will accompany you throughout the event.
